Atlanta is the site of one of the world’s largest running races – The Peachtree Road Race - held each July 4th with 55,000 participants. Many people just want to experience the event once in their life, this author included. To provide encouragement and guidance, particularly to the beginning runner, I’ve prepared a guide that will take someone from 0 to 10K safely and enjoyably.
